Lift is not working nor lift licence produced, No society registered, Collected VAT but not paid to government Now Fursungi is included in Pune Corporation,we are in trouble. We suspect last fourth floor is totally illegal and other flats partially illegal.

Now builder has send the provisional possesion letter with increments of 55sqr ft area I asked to builder where it is increased he told me common area is increase while the area is same when I was purchased.
I have asked him that I have purchased the flat when it was completion stage and it was confirming me that it will be handover to you with in six to 12 month.37,500/- payable to me for the delayed possession by 15 months.
